| Now that i?m somewhat retired, and no longer working for the automotive industry, such as car dealerships, Cofer Auto will be my go to for all my vehicles? service needs. I trust them. They are very nice people. I had one tiny negative issue with them years ago, which I, being a woman, blew way out of proportion, I am so ashamed of the way I berated that particular technician. So I am making my apology somewhat public. I hope to be able to service my vehicles at Cofer for years to come. The entire staff there is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Cofer. |

| It is hard to understand how Cofer Auto does such a grand job with such limited space. Billy is turning out to be a good addition to Cofer Auto. His friendliness and willingness to listen will serve well for many years. |

| Pleasantly surprised after having used Cofer's services 2 times in as many weeks. Welcoming staff, clan & comfortable waiting area and on-time service with appointments pre-scheduled. The services accomplished appear to have gone off without a hitch. I'll definitely be using them in the future! The only negative I can provide is the lack of parking for dropping off the vehicle for service. ALthough its driven by thheir location you can tell its as frustrating to Cofer's as it is for customers coming in for service. |

| We had some issues noted in a previous review about a recent oil change to our automobile - but after taking the vehicle back to the shop, all matters were resolved and it appeared to be nothing caused by the shop with regard to the oil issue. |

| I have been in 2 times for oil changes and tire rotation which should be included and both times I have been charged for the service, when I mentioned this I was refunded but with attitude that was not really very professional, and told they did not know I had purchased the tires there, but they have records of everything other time I had been there and knew my my cars. I would think that if I had purchased 8 tires from them and rotation and tire patches would be in the records some place so that I don?t have to go through this each time I want my tires rotated. |

| If a service is going to cost 60%-100% more than verbally quoted, the business should inform the customer prior to performing the service and slapping them with a shocking invoice. |

| Was told I had issues that were not present was told lights were out and it was 20$ a bulb to replace it bought bulbs myself to replace picked up the truck to find that the lights actually worked and didn't need changing |
